This a case of stye (Hordelum externum)

So, what’s stye?
It’s an acute suppurative inflammation of Zeis gland which presents in lid margin.
Staphylococcus aureus infection.
Clinical picture and diagnosis :
Pain in lid margin, firstly dull then throbbing when pus formed.
Hotness and swelling
Abscess formation which is related to hair follicles of the eyelid.
Cavernous sinus thrombosis
Differential Diagnosis :
It should be differentiated from chalazion which discuss before and which is not related to the hair follicle and appear on the skin of the eyelid.
Local Antibiotic eye ointment
Rarely, it may need Incision and drainage of pus.
