The Genius Prof ("we", "the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use The Genius Prof app and website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored encrypted) when you create an account.
- Learning activity: the programs you join, lessons you watch, quiz results, certificates and your progress.
- Device information: device model, operating system version and a device identifier, used to protect your account and the course content.
- Support messages: anything you send us through the support chat or support tickets.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and run your account and give you access to your programs.
- To save your progress and issue your certificates.
- To protect the course content and prevent account sharing.
- To answer your support requests and send service messages about your account.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the platform (such as hosting and video delivery), when you give explicit consent, or when the law requires it.
4. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Passwords are stored encrypted, and all traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS).
5. Permissions

You can change these permissions at any time from your device settings.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (Account → Settings → Delete account) or by following the steps on our Delete Account page. Your personal data is then removed within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
7. Children
The Genius Prof is a professional education platform for dentists and dental students and is not directed at children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The latest version is always published on this page with its update date.
